ABOUT THE, UH… STORY?

Quarter Life Crisis is loosely based off of Studs Terkel’s 1970 classic, Hard Times, chronicling short glimpses into the lives of Carter Rowland Bowie and Colin-Johnson Canaveral, two young adults searching for life’s meaning in the face of an assuredly depressing future. Does it reflect the real-life situation of the comic’s creators? We only wish the answer wasn’t so obvious.

Colin-Johnson “Kojo” Canaveral is twenty-one, pessimistic, and aspires to own a chain of malt liquor themed drive-thru restaurants Carter is a mildly normal twenty-two year old college senior, working on a degree (he’s not sure what it’ll be, though).
